"Victor 3, Muff, Londonderry" Painted by David Rowlands, this scene shows one of many rebuilds of the Victor 3 Permanent Vehicle Check Point, used to control the traffic routes crossing the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic. This was one of a series that was constructed in the north west of the province. It was dismantled in 1998.
